In almost 20 years of management responsibility for German companies abroad, Frank Tyralla has built up intercultural competence and an international network.

He lived with his family in Poland for 7 years and was responsible for the successful development of two German manufacturing companies. As Member of Board he supported German companies in India, Brazil, USA, Spain and Russia for many years. Dealing with people from other cultures and foreign languages ​​is part of his work. Back in Germany, he decided to help with the integration of foreign labor migrants and refugees. With typus personnel recruitment, he wants to help closing the gaps in German companies that arise in shortage occupations in the next years.

Sustainable personnel placement means for him, to prepare and introduce and the newcomers for the new cultural environment, but also to provide quality accommodation. He helps with the integration of the newcomers by providing support with the necessary administrative procedures and the selection of language courses. Mr. Tyralla takes advantage of experience he gained himself abroad. He knows what people miss and what they cannot know when they start working abroad. With his help they have the chance to develop and feel good in the German economy.
